Hi.. few months back, I left my spectacle at counter while pay. Immediately after I go and ask, they never give any support to check the cc TV or help to guide what was the next.. so rude. Next day I called 99 main office, they said will check with the store in charge and feedback me.. I follow up several times but worse, no any feedbacks.. the moment they know my call, they try to avoid to answer or cut the calls.. the costomer serves was so bad...
