Mistakenly bought the wrong flavour. So disappointed when asking for an exchange with another flavour of same price. “My manager is resting. Come back if u can wait. 2 hours later.” Can you call him? No he is resting. Come back after 2hours. With that smirk on her face. Store manager is unavailable and there is no alternative offered. For such franchise store, this is bad. Incomprehensible system or SOP. Unacceptable customer service.
