nak tanya macam mana kedai masih boleh hidup dengan perangai staff yang sangat sangat tak menghormati customer? kalau ada masalah keluarga/gf bf/tak suka kerja jangan nak tunjuk muka busuk tu dekat customer, customer datang untuk membeli, bukan nak hadap muka busuk korang tu.. ekk
Service really damn bad. The malay female staff face during payment seriously looked like I owe her money… Whole checkout process also very stupid, she was playing her phone while handling my payment, and the credit card machine didn’t even key in the amount yet already ask me to scan 🙂 Very unprofessional, and her tone was rude as well… Honestly, it explains why the shop always seems empty whenever I pass by First time here, and definitely my last 👎🏻
Saya nak compalint pasal my kasih,saya nak guna my kasih tapi cashier staff lelaki memberitahu cashier bahagian my kasih staff rehat,dan tiba ii pulak rosak terminal dan staff lelaki cashier bermain telefhone dalam laci,supervisor pulak berkata cashier kene handover kalau nk guna my kasih,saya tahu macam mana prosdur untuk cashier so Sila ambil tindakan..
