The counter staff had a very bad tone of voice.Avoiding answering customer questions.There is a severe shortage of staff and problems such as shirking work.
One of the elderly lady staff is very rude. Today, wanted to make payment at her counter, she couldn't talk but show actions only.
I think the guy is your supervisor right? He seems like a toxic person. He teased my friwnd who came here tonight. Can you see now, obviously, quite a lot of negative comments here due to your poor and toxic service! Is this how you guys make sales ? No way. We will never come here again. Don't waste your time or money for a poor service. Just say ...NEXT to another shop. Fair and square! ;) ahuuuu
Seriously, I hate now to come here. There was a female malay staff, she looked at me up and down due to my dressing style because I was wearing a short pant and sandals. She might think that I'm malay something and from her body language, it seemed like .. why I was wearing like that?! I came here again looking for a bread. I asked the guy.
