Cashier 2 orang perempuan yang bertugas hari ni sangat biadap. Saya beli barang pada hari ini 14.7.2026 kira2 pukul 7 ptg. Kebetulan balik kerja hari ini singgah disini. Memang tak bawa beg untuk letak barang. Lepas bayar di kaunter saya minta baik2 untuk pinjam bakul sekejap utk bawa barang ke motor yg parking di depan kedai tu. Dua2 cashier ni langsung takder hati perut. Tetap berkeras tak benarkan saya guna sekejap bakul tu. Walaupun berkali2 saya minta dng baik. I’m extremely disappointed with this store. I was in a rush when I bought the cereal and didn’t carefully check the packaging. It was crowded, so I didn’t take the receipt and left right after paying. When I got to my car, I realized the package was already damaged and some of the cereal had spilled in my car. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and I immediately brought it back to request an exchange or a refund. Today, 10th Sept, 11.30am, I wanted to use the RM100 SARA to buy some essential items, but the cashier did not ask or check with me and directly scanned the items. When I told her that I wanted to use the RM100 SARA, she said the items had already been scanned and refused to let me use it. Despite me asking politely, she responded rudely. I also noticed that with the customer before me, an elderly aunty, she showed the same impatient attitude.
