I visited a 99 Speedmart outlet in Kampar today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff, including the manager, appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming. Their facial expressions and attitude came across as rude, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable.please respect customer and talk using polite words to them!!!!...without customer no more your retail business... Very disappointed with the manager’s attitude. I had to go back multiple times about a MyKasih issue, but the manager was rude and kept blaming the system without checking properly. Only after repeated visits did they finally admit it was their mistake. Very unprofessional and irresponsible management.
I had a very disappointing experience at 99 Speedmart today involving my MyKasih payment. Before making the purchase, I confirmed that my balance was sufficient. However, after buying items worth only RM38, my entire MyKasih balance was deducted due to a cashier error. Pengalaman yg teruk sekali di mart ini, dgn pekerja yg tegur org + supervisor yg tdk munahsabah. I just don't agree with how you handle a small incident of use of your facility. Maybe customers handling training should be provided.
