While in line, I noticed the customer ahead of me paying with SARA successfully. I don't want to assume there was any bias involved, but is it normal for the system to 'work' for some people and not others?
The employees were unfriendly.The employee was a woman and was not wearing a uniform.The bill was illegible, so I asked for a new one. If you can't print it, at least speak politely. The employee looked annoyed and just walked away. Halo, I came here to be a customer, not to be treated badly. A simple question ruined my mood.
