The Malay lady manager and another Malay lady superior at this Speedmart were super friendly and provided top notch customer service really made my visit pleasant. However, one malay female staff member, possibly the cashier wearing an orange shirt, was extremely rude and arrogant, showing zero customer service and a poor attitude, especially towards foreigners. She clearly needs more training on how to treat customers respectfully.
Last week i was went to outlet buy some stuff at 99 speedmart their was Indian girl very rode talking to old lady customer about no plastic bad …really bad attitude and very bad experience…she forgot working as customer service line some old people cannot read pls do some good advice or find solutions….I’m really disappointed with the girl working experience….
I'm a regular customer of this store.
