the attitude of the casher is very rude and pleasent to the customers . was very rude to my brother , asking why he comes in the shop 2-3 times while my mom asked my brotehr to check the price for the stuff. once my mom confronted the casher , SHE act innocently saying SHE just asking it “ politely “ , also the way SHE talks to my mom is rude too .
I accidentally bought something in the wrong size and therefore requested to change, but the manager (?) and the worker were extremely rude about it. yes, you asked me for a double confirmation on whether I chose the right product or not. that was a mistake on my part, but when I asked if I could exchange, I believe that you didn't have to be so rude about it. a simple "no, we can't, sorry" would have been appreciated.
