I went to 99 Speedmart Cyberjaya today and I am honestly shocked by the attitude of manager. Before I could even explain that I wanted to split my payment (some using my IC and some using my own money), the manager immediately scanned all my items without asking anything. After that, when I clearly said I was paying part with IC and part with my own money, the manager showed a very unpleasant face and started handling my items aggressively and impatiently. The store manager - Malay lady is so unprofessional and rude. If you can't communicate nicely with your customer, then dont work. You should go to customer service training.
