The supervisor’s customer service was very disappointing. She was unfriendly, rarely smiled, and gave the impression that serving customers was a burden. A welcoming attitude and basic courtesy are essential in customer service. I hope the management provides proper customer service training to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
staff superviser perempuan tu serve dengan sangat rude. cust dtg but muka tak mesra langsung. sllu bila dtg muka dia tak pernah senyum then staff perempuan dia pun sma.. layan cust dgn sgt kurang ajar.. kalau kerja tak ikhlas elok berhenti jela 👎 manager sila pantau staff anda ( kecuali yg lelaki smua okay/muka pun senyum dn serve cust dgn baik)
tak check exp date barang ke? dapat barang dapur exp 3 bulan lepas? apa citer ni?
Worse especially the lady supervisor incharge. Seriously need to be trained. I would prefer to go other nearest 99 speed mart.
