Filthy place. The floor were dirty. Shelves were empty.
Rude cashier who immediately scan items without asking mode of payment. When informed want to use MySARA, she started getting mad and even trying to refuse customer’s request. When being confronted, she did the cancellation but very unwillingly, throwing authorization card and hitting on the POS keyboard hard just to display to customers that SHE IS NOT HAPPY. Always 1 counter is open staff seeing customer like they buy free 99 management should spot chcek why always manger not around and 1 counter open.
I decided not to buy a product after the product was scanned. Cashier said manager is not around to cancel. Insisted that I pay for it. When I said I will not pay, she then insisted I returned the products to the shelf. My...the cashier needs to be educated on consumer's rights and customer service. This is at 4pm on 23 Sept.
Speedmart ni paling dekat dgn rumah aku. Tapi aku terpaksa pergi speedmart laim sbb..selalu tak ada stok,stok xsusun..penuh dekat laluan pelanggan..scanner asik rosak,grabpay or ape2 pay asik update je bertahun2..ni KL kot bukan kampung!!..pastu jumpa biskut oreo yg dh dibuka plastik..dan staff tu mcm tuduh aku plak yg buat..hellooo...aku tak haprak sgt la..tolong la hire staff lain!!!..
