Hi..i m commenting here out of my frustration towards your counter system. Incident happened in this branch. I wanted to change my item when I was at the counter before any payment. But the counter staf said I cannot do so because the item already scanned. What a poor counter payment system u have? Couldn't be possible to just cancel the previous item & replace it with the new item?! I haven't paid for the item & haven't gone out of the shop. So troublesome!
