To the whosoever in-charge at this speedmart, pls take note your staff (the boy)instead of helping the customer, when they ask for something he will always give a rowdy look and roll his eyes. I am worried to ask anything from them especially this particular staff of yours. I think he is the so called supervisor of this store. Please take attention when i need take some products and staff will show face and not happy to help ,i just want to say if your staff not happy to work just (quit and resign) I'm the customer who spend money to your shop and why need to see your staff show face? Especially the 2 malay guy macam tak happy...(Meletak jawatan) Saje lah.

99 Speedmarts are very convenient and cost effective especially for senior citizens and B40 families. However, the service provided by cashiers should be vastly improved! From my experience at those marts I have patronised so far, there is almost always no “service with a smile” by most cashiers and any queries are not addressed politely. They are rude most of the time except for the occasional one or two who answer more politely. I stayed in ss17 but i always come to speedmart ss14 the goods always penuh shelves indicating staff sangat rajin susun barang. Keep it up 👍🏼
