Terrible service by one lady cashier (Malay) and one male cashier (Malay) when asked for a 99 bag they said don’t have. It’s not our responsibility to know when 99 will have bag stocks? And we are walking hence unable to carry the things without a bag. And we did not intentionally come in without bringing our own bags because we can buy a bag at 99. For that the staff was rude and and said we cannot simply ask to cancel the things. And he looked at my mom and said “aku boleh bagi plastic sampah”. Kindly take action.
