Very disappointing and rude customer service. I bought a carton of milk that was displayed with a price tag of RM5.90, but I was charged RM8.90 at the counter. When my father returned to clarify the incorrect price, the elderly male cashier working on Friday, 10 July, at around 8.45 pm responded rudely and told him, “Don’t cerita banyak.” The cashier also said that he was not the person who placed the price tag, which does not address the issue at all. One of their indian girl stuff is showing rude attitude towards customer, that day I just went there to buy a loaf of bread but I accidetally took the wrong one and ask to change but the payment is not made yet, I ask her nicely whether I can change? She answer me is scan already la cannot change and showing her face but I told her not can waive since Im not pay yet? After that, then only she do it so without reply me, somehow this is not d attitude you should show when customer ask you nicely! Not suitable to be a cashier😌
