the cashier was quite unfriendly. on top of that, i saw what appeared to be a manager/supervisor shouting at a staff member in front of customers. it was uncomfortable to witness. staff are human beings too and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. if there are issues, it should be handled professionally and not by yelling at them publicly. lol bukan ko je penat kerja kak staff ko pun sama penat.
