Branch manager sinie memang takda adab tauu .. Customer nak bayar guna apa sekali pun itu hak customer yg dia boleh sound customer suruh bayar je cash bukan takda duit.. sekarang nie bukan takde duit sebab memang takda cash pastu ada pulak 2 orang staff gelak2 dkt belakang seperti perlekehkn. Please respect customer .. nak tanya staff Speedmart memang tak ada ajar UTK greeting customer ke???

the staff Malay girls at counter serve customer with the very bad attitude, orang tanya dia secara baik2 dia buat tak dengar, lepastu tanya sekali dia muka macam mau gaduh, kalau tak ingin kerja dengan baik sila resign don't work, and keep playing phone when scan the product, low quality work

typical kelantan staffs and manager. the storeboy always ignores me when i call him. the cashier is arrogant and ignorant as if she is the most beautiful girl who loves to raise his voice when talking to customers and the woman manager is not responsible for the wrong price tag when the other cashier staff is asking her about the price in the system. she just said 'tak tahu' and walk away from the counter. other staff who are from here is good but the majority of them are from that state so yeah that's my worst 99 i've ever ... read more

Such a rude female staff. I rush for purchase item and I taking some item and goto check for the oil whether the oil have stock or not . And the staff said "you tak tau ambil basket ke ?" I like to go to 99 but this is the first time super bad experience that 99speed staff treat .
