Always the same issue. Almost every time I go, the staff say system problem or top-up offline. Other branches have no issue, but this one is always like this. And there’s never a manager around every time I ask, they say no manager. A year ago, the manager even spoke very rudely to my mother. Please train your staff to have manners and work properly. One of the Indian staff is very bad attitude and the price of product is also always misleading.

I would like to say BIG thanks to the outlet Manager , Jalan Rengas , Ms Amira for her help in looking after my daily purchase( i left it at the cashier counter after purchases). Seldom met this type of manager anymore. Keep it up. 99 speedmart management must appreciate this type of working family member.
