really convenience. however the staff acting and behave as they pleased. treating regular customers as their own friends, lack of respect. shouting and scolding for no good reason, very bad manners. their staffs also treat customers differently, according to who they like and who they dont. Not being professional but more like a bunch of kids or even a gangster. sitting outside talking and smoking or busy with their mobile. 99 speedmart management need to do some personality scanning and give customer service training.
