Disappointing experience with one of the cashiers. She’s the girl with fair skintone, with Kelantan accent. I didn’t bring cash and was paying using my IC, so I needed a moment before handing it over. 17/2/26, around 5-6pm The cashier displayed extremely rude behavior towards customers. She spoke in a harsh tone and had an arrogant attitude throughout the interaction. A customer asked for the price of a frozen item because there was no price tag. The cashier responded by saying it was not her responsibility, blaming the supplier instead.
