My partner and I had already checked the item eligibility through the MyKasih app before going to the cashier. However, the cashier removed two of our items without properly checking or scanning them and did not explain the reason. She also did not ask whether we would like to pay using cash and instead proceeded to serve another customer while we were still at the counter.
