The staffs are very RUDE to customer, ESPECIALLY ONE WHO HAD HER NOSE PIERCE!!! She is very SARCASTIC AND RUDE...Even you asked her something nicely and she will answer you back loudly and give you a look which is not good to the 99 speedmart image.. Hopefully someone will look into this problem. She thinks she is the BOSS and she OWNS the company.
