I would like to complain about 99 Speedmart Branch 1128, Jalan Kapar, Klang. On 25/9/2025 around 9pm, I hear two male staff joking about MYKASIH. One said, “kalau ada orang nak bayar guna MYKASIH, aku cakap je offline. malas la aku” then laughed. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially as customers could hear. Some people truly depend on MYKASIH for daily needs, and such remarks are unacceptable. Thankfully, the female staff at the counter confirmed MYKASIH was accepted. I appreciate her professionalism.
