We just purchased fabric and asked the staff to check whether IC could be used or not. At first, he immediately said “cannot” in a very rude manner. We then asked him to try checking again, and only after that he tried. The issue is not only whether it can or cannot be done, but the way he spoke to customers was very rude and unprofessional.
