Your Indian female staff seems to have received no proper training. She was eating a snack while serving me and handled my items with sticky fingers, which is unacceptable. She even knocked over my things and did not bother to say sorry. When she asked for my card, her attitude was extremely rude, as if I owed her something. very slow they only open 1 cashier !! the line very limg already they dont care if the line is already very long very poor service !!
Very disappointed with the service at 99 Speedmart. The staff was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. No greeting, no basic manners, and spoke to customers in an impatient tone. Customer service should at least be polite and respectful. This experience really ruined my shopping mood. I hope management will seriously look into staff training and improve service quality. If someone does not want to work, they should stay at home instead of bringing a bad attitude to customers.

31 Jan 2026. I buy 2 item and pay RM50 at counter, the lady cashier (tak ada tudung) said dun have change at this Retail stores. Her attitude is Kurang Ajah! 99 Speed Mart management should fire/warning or have well train on these not local worker!
