I am a teacher.. Last time (May 2026). I went to this shop to buy a large amount of food and drinks for my students’ sports event. However, I was very disappointed. While I was making payment, an Indian staff member at the counter loudly accused me of taking a bottle of 100PLUS without paying, saying it was in my bag that I had already placed in my car. Saw a young Indian male staff member shouting at an elderly customer. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Bad attitude towards customers. Management should look into this seriously and take the necessary disciplinary action. 13/6/2026 , +-4.40 pm
I just when to the speed mart 99 AT 8.30-9pm they have one counter only open with one lady in the cashier and there was many People around there was long Q !!!! but they manager was out side taking With one guy do dating with the staff i guess !! Really was rediculars and the management was very problm pity the counter People alone here !! I please do take issues for this urgenly !!really ITs was bad experience! my day today totally upset!!
Unorganised speedmart compared to other branches. Not oriented and not properly arranged goods scattered around with small space. Yet government choose this outlet for SARA amidst some clean speedmart outlet like in USJ 2 with more spaces for customer to enter. The environment is quite noisy and not apt at all. My children scared to follow if I'm going to this Outlet.
