Counter slow service, the customer is putting the goods at counter and ready to pay, but the staff ignore till customer voice up saying wanna make payment only slowly walking to response. And the problem is staff already know customer wanna make payment but ignore it

Great to have a convenient mart nearby housing area as whenever I need to get some groceries I can come over to get it in a few minutes. Need some improvement such as arrangement and tidiness of store. Stock is sufficient as whenever I came I could get what I want. Staff is polite as well.
