Worst speedmart ever. No space to walk. Fully congested. And all the stock is on the floor without any proper arrangement. You can't even walk and select items to purchase.
The most horrible 99 I've been. The cashier (Wawa) told me your cost is RM6.85, I paid RM10.90 she still calculated my 5 cent while returning my money she returned RM 4, without any sorry. If you already know you can't return the 5 cent why you charged me at first place? Money is matter and the way you treat your customer is very bad!
Well stocked but the place was congested and the SOP was difficult to maintain. The staff was however helpful.
V. Helpful when I was in need. Sprained my ankle on my way out n the workers came out to help me up n pick up the eggs I just bought. Replaced all the broken ones too. V. Impressed with their kindness n concern.
