Visited this 99 store at about 7.50pm on 19th Feb 2023. There is an Indian staff (pls check who is is on duty) was talking on the phone very loudly. And when we would like to make payment for the item using shopee rm5 voucher, she claimed manager not here thus the voucher cannot be utilised. Well, how would we know when will ur manager be around for us to use the voucher. This is so impractical. Giving excuses when u don't know how to redeem the voucher.
