Today i encounter a very lucky situation here due to the honest staff at this branch....my bracelet fall off during noontime, within the premise. it is not an expensive one tho but holds a deep sentimental value to me.at night, i came back to the premise in search for my lost bracelet, and the male staff quickly assist me and return the bracelet to me which they kept at the cashier counter..i bought a lot of stuff today from this outlet cos they r having great promotion for selected items. thank you so much, this branch team... read more
Very unprofessional staff at Speedmart Cyber City. They don’t provide plastic bags, and no one informed me until I was about to pay. When I asked how I was supposed to carry my items, the cashier ignored me. Worst part — the staff were loudly talking about male private parts right in front of me while I was at the counter. Extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. No apology or solution from the supervisor either. Very disappointing experience.
