I was in the area for the day, after my workout at the nearby Crunch. I’ve always seen this 99 Ranch but never thought to walk in until today. It’s a really nice, large store with a great variety of Asian food, snacks, meals, fruits, vegetables, fish balls, dumplings, noodles, and more. I especially loved the sushi area, it seemed like people come here often for sushi because the selection was impressive, unlike other 99 Ranch locations I’ve been to. The service was good, and I noticed a diverse team of workers.
I noticed a “Best Use By” sticker placed over another printed date on a package of noodles. It made me question whether the expiration information had been changed.
The customer service sucks. The cashier and the assistant Manager young man were not helpful. They think I had used up their time. They were just unhappy to solve the senior discount for buying items separately just back to back with a few minutes. The young by said they had to ring up the separate receipts again.
