Very good Asian grocery store in California
I called to ask about whether a particular flavour of Magnolia ice cream was in stock. Instead of telling me what Magnolia flavours were in stock, they told me what Melona flavours they had in stock. I kept telling them that I was asking for Magnolia and NOT Melona. The staff kept insisting they don't carry Magnolia only Melona. I was trying to save myself a trip to make sure they have the right flavour but thanks to the idiocracy of this store I have to do things the old fashioned way: walk into the store myself. Great value.
Bought two boxes of muscat grapes on sale grown in California. They were wrapped up in a plastic bag, tied, covered in a styrofoam mesh, all within a plastic box which is typical for muscat grapes, which precludes inspection of the fruit, but usually not an issue because muscat grapes are usually pristine (hence the higher price). Upon opening immediately noticed that both bunches of grapes had a large amount of mold hidden underneath the packaging.
