Great range of bikes and I’ve bought from here in Mount Roskill and referred a friend who bought two. But disappointed to be charged $20 for a 1-minute brake tighten. Minor adjustments like that should be courtesy service, especially on a new bike.
Brilliant! We looked all round Auckland trying to get my son’s mountain bike repaired. Aldrin was the answer. Excellent service and bike is back to its former glory. Highly recommended plus a very cool bike shop. Thanks Aldrin!

In my experience there is always a friendly vibe at the 99 Bikes Carr Road. On a spur-of-the-moment Saturday afternoon visit, I was greeted and served immediately upon arrival. I appreciated being shown a convenient slot to park my bike at the counter. The required item was promptly identified and though not available in store put on order to collect later. Great service, thanks.
