Went in today to buy my daughter’s first helmet. The staff member signed me up for Club 99 at the counter, so I assumed I was getting the member discount, but I was charged full price. I later checked online and saw the Club 99 price applies immediately. I don’t mind paying full price, but consistency matters. If a discount applies online, it should apply in store as well. This experience left me disappointed.
On Saturday morning the person who assisted me was helpful and their advice was informative with plenty of alternatives considering concerns about budget and functionality. He also provided a fair unexpected solution for my bike issue. I can’t recall his name but certainly he deserves at least a coffee from who ever is in charge.
Polite and friendly on phone. When I got there my grandchild’s bike was fixed very thoroughly and now he’s completely happy riding his bike. Jeanette Thorne
