Bought some new tyres, inner tube and got a puncture fixed recently. The guys here were really helpful and I’d definitely recommend it. I mostly dealt with the younger guy with the blond hair and he was great. You aren’t my nearest store, or even 99 bikes store but I’ll definitely be coming here for everything that I need. Thanks!

my son had a accident on his new bike. the manager carefully and sympathetically analysed the cause behind it. No attempt to fob me off but just objectively identify the root causes and propose a solution for the brakes on this bike. he also helped in installing this solution. I really appreciated his input and his customer service approach. I would happily recommend this bike shop
Bought what I thought was a good quality bike bell for the handle bar. It cost $45 but was not up to expectations. Not as good as my previous unit. Half the volume with poor tone. Brand Kvog.
