I found the computerised appointment booking to be clunky and frustrating. Prices seem to be medium high, but I don't expect this firm to go broke like some others whose prices were medium low. The people on duty are always pleasant and helpful. And knowledgeable. They are worth double the pay. They won't get it, but they're worth it.

The moment you walk in someone always greets you with a smile, puts down what they're doing, and seeks a way to be of help.
