Awesome service, friendly , good knowledge was told if stock unavailable would possibly take a week to get here , no hidden costs . Would highly recommend this store and Hornby .

Bought a brand new bike for our adult son for a long work commute. We were very transparent about what we needed and my son was present. They sold us a new e-bike and three weeks later it had two broken spokes, the computer had never worked and the chain was worn. We had asked about distance and what weight it could carry etc. My son had to take it to his rural bike shop within a week for fixes.
