Poor Bikes & Poor Service 1 week after I got the Norco Search XR the rear tire came off and the tub exploded while I was riding - distressing - the bike was replaced. The front brakes continue to make a noise. Now a bit over 12 months on the bottom bracket is gone and they will not replace it under warranty. Yesterday I called customer service and got a recorded message saying they cant take the call leave a message then there was a message saying the mailbox was full you cant leave a message.

I had a very nice service with kiet He was a very respectful and nice guy
Guys don't know what they're doing, go to a real bike shop. Ordered something because they were close by and didn't want the hassle of driving and they said it would arrive within a week, still nothing. They said they would call me back but nope. They're advice is taken with a grain of salt too. Paid $75 for a part which i was told would fix my bike but doesn't.
I am greatly impressed with the prompt, professional and friendly service today at 99 Bikes Lidcombe. Daril is to be commended for his great customer service skills. Really a great experience. Congratulations.
