Fast and friendly service, however..... Only 3 stars as i purchased an item online and it was not as described, "Detachable Zippered Rear Pocket". I made my purchase online based on the description, it does not have a detachable pocket nor is it zippered. I live out of chch so not worth the drive to town to do anything about it. If I had known it does not have a secure zippered rear pocket I would not have purchased it. The secure zippered pocket was a deciding factor in my purchase.
