We bought two bikes approximately two weeks in advance of a picking them up. When we arrived to pick them up it seemed to take an age processing the release of the bikes which had been paid for, except for a $150 workshop bill. Neither of the dropper seats were working properly and we waited over an hour for these to be sorted. One continued to give problems so we called and spoke to the mechanic, couldn't fix it initially and was going to call back but never did.
