I had my Merida fitted by Phil at the Malvern Store. He did a great job and also helped me with some new shoes for my now fitted ride. The range of bikes at this store is broad and there are bargains to be had. This store is everything I want it to be; crammed with stock, a quirky interior and best of all REALLY friendly staff.
Worst service in ever. Will never go back to this bike shop. Went to just pickup a tube. Asked to join the club thing which would cost me like $10 bucks or something. Said no cause I was just buying a tube and would only save $2. The guy at the counter snickered and commented "Don't you want to save money? oh well if you want to pay more if it". Seriously, so you want me to spend $10 to save $2. Yeah that works right?
