Great service by staff and delivery people were very friendly and efficient!! I am a short person and purchased a recliner with swivel base by accident. The recliner was a very nice chair but didn’t fit me. I went back to the store and was allowed to exchange for a smaller chair! So nice of them!
My husband and I were wanting some furniture for our cabin. We were greeted when we came in, and it took a little bit to talk to the lady working, but that was only because she was working with the customer before us. We explained that we were only going to be in Harrison for a day, so we were hoping for same day delivery. They were more then happy to help. Customer service of owner and gladwin staff was wonderful. They resolved an issue I had very quickly and very respectfully. A true hometown customer service operation. Thank you owner and management. I'll went from.being upset a bit to being very pleased with the service.
If I could put zero stars, I would. Went in hoping to talk about buying a couch or even some appliances a week or so ago. Two people were standing in the back talking and didn't even look up at us, though they heard us come in. So we shopped around, thinking eventually when their important conversation was over, they'd at least ask us what we were looking for or offer any assistance like most furniture stores would.
