If I could put zero stars, I would. Went in hoping to talk about buying a couch or even some appliances a week or so ago. Two people were standing in the back talking and didn't even look up at us, though they heard us come in. So we shopped around, thinking eventually when their important conversation was over, they'd at least ask us what we were looking for or offer any assistance like most furniture stores would. Amazing service. They really listen and do everything in there power to help you pick the best item with the cheapest payments. They have same day daily usually and if not they try to get your iteams to you as soon as possible. Highly recommend them.
This store out of Gladwin and Harrison have the best staff and best customer service of any place we have purchased items from. Very caring and thoughtful. And the delivery guys did an awesome job. Thank you Josh and crew. Will certainly buy from them again.
