Katnapper furniture is the worst dealings with them I bought a recliner from them a year ago and have nothing but problems, instead of replacing the chair it was cobled back together in a couple of hours and it is falling apart again and they won't help me replace it. I'm a disabled with a fixed income and being made to pay 3000 dollars for a chair I can't use. From snap financing.
Customer service was great! I got there before close and they didn't rush me. Josh was very helpful and told me to take my time deciding...No high pressure. Highly recommend. Fair prices and friendly service.

Since March… I’ve purchased high-quality living room furniture, additional sitting room pieces, and now a king bed from Josh! He has been so helpful, kind, and attentive—really taking the time to listen to what I wanted and making sure I got exactly what I needed. The steel frame furniture is beautiful and so hard to find these days! The delivery team was also wonderful—kind, considerate, careful, and respectful. Overall, just an excellent experience from start to finish!
