Worst experience I have ever had. Purchase of an apartment condo. If you ask any questions the admin person is extremely rude. Holdbacks were not followed according to the signed agreement. I now have to hire someone to correct what was not done by the seller. The holdback money would have covered the cost. Again worst experience of my life.
