Best customer service hands down. Everyone there is friendly. I’m new to cycling and they have provided great service for both my bikes.
My father went in there for the first time, just needing a few parts. He was warmly greeted and they had the parts he needed. My father brought the parts home, realized he couldn't do the work so he called the shop and got a quote for the work. Owner treated my father with warmth and respect. They were very knowledgeable and my father had a wonderful experience. My dad went back 3 times and was confident in their work to have them complete the bike.
