Well stocked - knowledge staff
For years was an excellent place for work supplies the service has been far worse lately than in the past. I would recommend elsewhere if possible.
Utilizes Canada Post and charges the customer the delivery fee but refuses to assist with shipping issues until weeks have elapsed since the package became delayed. I just want my packages when they are supposed to arrive, and if they are not arriving when they are supposed to I want a refund on the cost of shipping.

Call in before arriving is better than being disappointed. Try not to miscommunicate since too many diverse/cross over background it is hard for them to accomodate or cater for customers. They won't cater knee guard, tactical vest nor eberlestock operator rucksack since restrictive law and rule. Civilians and non service member won't get any luck but waste time appearing in the store to ask the employee unless you have the guts to take rejection and walk out professionally for appearing in a non public store.
