canceling an appointment the same morning you're supposed to come out is B.S. especially when I took the day off to unlock the gate for your service person.

Very happy with the service I received from 911 Generators. The price for a maintenance was fair and the service guy was very nice and took time to walk me through everything. I signed up for their yearly contract so I get discounts on any parts or calls needed through out the year. A+ in my book!
