Can't say enough good about this program. There's no question, it works and the staff is incredibly helpful with answers and guidance. (Especially Miranda and Sierra. Great girls who help make the experience so easy) We've both lost weight and now I no longer need my BP meds. And thankfully my husband has also stopped his BP Medication, Cholesterol Medication and most of his insulin and meds for diabetes. Effective program with logical, easy to follow methods. The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Highly recommend before you try anything else or continue to struggle.
