Long story, but we’re cancelling Verizon/Frontier landline service we’ve had since 1965. 360 customer service gets you a real local person! The other guys might be fiber fast, but their customer service is convoluted, based in call centers and all routed through the sales line, tangling you in a morass of uninformed people and wait times. 360 is great for us in Trenton.
This service absolutely sucks, don't waste time using this service, it takes 6hrs to watch a 30min show sometimes days, I wish I could give negative stars, I'm calling in a different service provider. You guys lost an 7yr never late paying customer
We were having issues a few times and 360 responded pretty quickly and sent out Nathan and Brian. They had the problem figured out immediately, and quickly went to work. The 110° weather didnt slow them down one bit. They were very professional and courteous, and were excited to help and answer any of our questions! Its great to have such experienced help in the middle of nowhere! Thanks for helping gamers continue gaming 360!
