Customer service is outstanding. When I had problems after the last ice storm and I wasn't sure if I had full download speeds. After reporting the problem they sent out three technicians, Jerry, Wyatt and Tyler. They were on time, professional, considerate, and solved the problem. I strongly recommend 360 Broadband especially if you live in rural areas.
We’ve been with this company for 8 years, since it was 903 Broadband. Never been late on a payment until the past two months. The first month we got it paid a week late. This month, during the Winter Storm of January 2026, we were 11 days late and they cut our internet during the storm. We were iced in and could not deposit cash to pay it. Brian and Nathen were AMAZING today setting up our new WiFi service. The whole process went smoothly. They were both very helpful and accommodating with everything. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for new WiFi. Thanks guys for an awesome job!
Brian and Nathan just came and did a great install. Fast and efficient! And they didn’t mind my over affectionate dogs with is a great bonus.
