I have been so pleased with this Internet service. We have been using them for five years now and their customer service is outstanding. I feel like we live in a time when companies don’t really care much about customer service anymore. But this company does. Their customer service techs are locally based and they have handled every issue I’ve ever had quickly and effectively. Anytime we’ve had a concern they are there to help us out.
Jerry and Riley came out to my home today for a service call. The were Very Professional and Knowledgeable. Their service was 5 star and they are an asset to 360 Broadband.
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Kyle for going above and beyond to help me and my family make sure we have WiFi that’s working properly! We have been have some issues and he reach out to us and got the the problem resolved! Thank you Kyle for giving us the best costumer service! Kyle is very knowledgeable and professional! We are very happy with 903 bb.
These jokers tried to add an $8 fee per month to my wireless service by automatically enrolling me in a free trial. This is completely illegal and has been reported to the FTC.
