Nathen and Ty were out today working on my WiFi. Very professional,friendly and made sure they left no trash anywhere after cutting wires,etc.
Jerry did an amazing job of installing a fiber connection to our house. He was able to fish the wiring thru the attic and to my junction box. The router was connected and it was blazing fast. Thanks Jerry for getting this done quickly. You're a true professional and dedicated employee.

Customer service is outstanding. When I had problems after the last ice storm and I wasn't sure if I had full download speeds. After reporting the problem they sent out three technicians, Jerry, Wyatt and Tyler. They were on time, professional, considerate, and solved the problem. I strongly recommend 360 Broadband especially if you live in rural areas.
