I'm going to pick up my rental today. So far speaking with the guy on the phone has been great. I wanted a car but it was having maintenance done to it and it wasn't available. They pulled some strings and said they could have it done for me to rent this afternoon. Great service so far! I only gave 3 stars for now since I haven't picked up the car, once I finish the rental process I will come back and give an update.

Absolutely love 901 Car Rentals they are great and so kind and care about their customers! Prices are reasonable and the cars are worth it! I’ve had the best experience with them and they will get my continued business and support! If you need a rental for short or long term go see them!

The Memphis airport literally ran out of rentals after i had a reservation with them. After being told this information i was stuck in Memphis and called around and everyone was booked except 901 rental! Alphonse saved the day for me! Got me in and out and even upon my return he offered to drive me to the airport! I was so glad to have been able to help support a small business in my time of need. Will use 901 in the future. Way more reliable than the Memphis airport.

Ms Luna is a beautiful person and has a wonderful personality , she has great customer service and she more than a people, I have been very impressed by her business.
