I’ve tried booking an appointment at this place multiple times, and every experience has been frustrating. The woman who answers the phone has hung up on me twice and, when I call back, answers with a rude “what?” before lecturing me about booking earlier—despite them closing at 8 PM. This isn’t the first time she’s been short and unprofessional with me, either. With this kind of customer service, I won’t be giving them my business again.
Excellent massage very friendly service highly recommended
I do not recommend getting a full body massage at this “spa”. Very inappropriate and I was not covered while she was massaging my back. She took my underwear off of me and I had no sheet on me. I didn’t want to think too much into it but there was no need to take them off of me and massage my butt area the way she did. She spread my butt while she was massaging me and I was very uncomfortable but froze in the moment. On top of feeling uncomfortable I was later wiped down with rough paper towels!!
