Michelle and Matt were an absolute dream throughout this entire process. I have massive gratitude to both Matt and Michelle at 9 Dots. This was my first home purchase, and I had likely more questions about the process than they've ever received. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they were happy to do so all while leading me through the process on the short timeline that we had. Michelle was so great helping me through buying my first home. She was very prompt and responsive and was always happy to answer any and all questions I had. She was very clear and good at communicating the loan process. While reviewing final closing documents nothing was a surprise. I felt prepared and confident in what I was signing. She was so kind and genuine almost like a friend helping me through one of the biggest purchases in my life.
Matt and Michelle were a dream to work with! My husband and I met with them about a year before we started actually shopping for our first home and they were an amazing resource for us. They helped us find out exactly where we needed to be to buy our first home.
