Joanne and Lakshi were excellent to work with and very helpful throughout the entire process. 8twelve was able to find us a lender with a great rate, and as info was requested by the bank Lakshi represented our interests and needs very well.
Our first mortgage renewal was the least stressful process, all thanks to Joanna Bateman and Lakshi Dilkumar. They were always getting back to us quickly with the numerous questions we had and various phone calls back and forth. They were also both incredibly patient with us as we navigated this for the first time.
