Dont waste your time or money here, unreliable staff, i made an appointment via text message as the app didnt work on my phone, I showed up, and was told closed today due to a leak in the roof, no communication from them prior. Rescheduled for the following Saturday and was told i'd get a 10% discount, turned up again. Booked on Fresha online for a massage this morning , they open at 10 on Saturday, arrived at 10:15 which is time I booked for, rang the door bell as the sign says if knocking on the door doesn't work. The lady on the intercom says ill be there soon, I'm thinking ok they are in the toilet or getting the studio ready for the day! Then she rings me and says you are standing and the door?
